Please do not send the goods back to us without prior arrangement. Before returning, please contact us by email at support@thehappiesthour.eu and we will immediately inform you of the appropriate return process.

Shipping times:

If you order by 1:00 p.m. on weekdays, shipping will usually take place on the same day. Note: If there is an increased order volume, the delivery time can be extended to around 5 to 8 working days.

After shipping, you will receive an automatic email from us with shipping confirmation and a link to DHL shipment tracking.
DHL needs around 2-4 working days for delivery within Germany and around 3-9 working days for the rest of the EU.
