A. Cancellation Policy

Your right of cancellation as a consumer

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your contract declaration under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction predominantly for private purposes.

  1. Cancellation period and right of cancellation

You can withdraw your contract declaration within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you or a person authorized by you (excluding shipping service providers) have received the last goods.

  1. Exercise of the right of cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You can do this by:

  • using the attached sample cancellation form (not mandatory)
  • sending us a letter
  • writing us an email

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation declaration in time before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

  1. Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from the contract, we are obliged to:

a) Refund:

  • All payments received, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order
  • Additional costs for special shipping methods will not be refunded
  • No fees will be charged to you for the refund

b) Return shipment:

  • You must return the goods immediately, no later than 14 days after your cancellation declaration, to us
  • You bear the direct costs of the return shipment
  • We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return

c) Loss of value: You only have to bear any loss of value if it was caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

  1. Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who:

  • do not belong to any EU member state at the time of contract conclusion
  • have their sole residence and delivery address outside the EU
